Highway to Hell

Simon is obviously an Acca Dacca fan. He also loves Harleys, so why not combine the two? “Black, black and more black. Black everything. Make it long, low and fat. But most of all, black.” This was a fun bike to build. We started by stripping everything down and sending it all out to paint. We fitted a Hawg Halters Inc. raked triple tree kit, a freight train nacelle, Burleigh 2” thick Roller bars, a Hoglights 7” black LED headlight, Arlen Ness Rad II mirrors, Alloy Art front indicators, a Russ Wernimont Designs rear fender with frenched in taillight and number plate holder, Kuryakyn rear strut mounted mini bullet indicators, a Roland Sands Design belt guard, Legend rear air suspension to handle the bumps and slam the back end when parked. Arlen Ness footboard forward and out adapters moved the boards to a more comfortable position. We cut the front guard right down to keep it as minimalistic as possible. We also fitted a stretched tank with some killer graphics from Alchemy Airbrushing to round off the cosmetic side of things. But Simon still wanted more. “Let’s make this thing boogie!”. S&S 107ci cylinders and pistons, S&S heads, an S&S 62mm throttle body, a Feuling camplate, oil pump and lifters, an S&S 625 cam kit, a 90 degree heavy breather and a Blow exhaust system took care of the performance side of things. Since the build has been finished the bike has featured in a Highway to Hell pre-show performance ‘Thunderstruck II – The Witches of Bon’ and has also been in a short film.  Thank you for letting us build your bike Simon. Enjoy mate! In the name of Bon Scott, ride on!
